Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
